All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of shipping, no exceptions. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unworn, without stains, odor, pet hair and in saleable condition with original tags attached.
All sales are FINAL on sale items and jewelry.
We will gladly exchange an item for a different size or style however this will include additional shipping charges paid by the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped.
